In early 2019 Jealous were invited to curate the art for the bedrooms of the new Hoxton Hotel in Southwark.
This mammoth yet exciting task consisted of sourcing, framing and installing artworks for all 192 bedrooms in the hotel.
For their third London Hotel Jealous worked with the team at Hoxton and design company Ennismore to select over 2000 artworks to fit with the industrial aesthetic of the hotel.
The Evening Standard newspaper commented;
“Art lines the walls here, all curated by Jealous Gallery, and the colours of the muted green walls, parquet floors and ruby red velvet headboards play off against each other to create a charming scene.”
