We use the newest and highest quality 11 colour HDR Epson wide format machines to make digital (giclée) prints on fine art papers, housing two 44 inch and two 36 inch machines that can print up to 112cm wide by any length. This is a great way to reproduce paintings, photograph, design and illustration on to paper that is fully archival. We source a wide range of papers including those from the Somerset mill and Hahnemuhle and we use the Epson Ultrachrome ink system which has guarantees light-fast archival qualities. Papers used regularly are Somerset Enhanced Satin, Somerset Enhanced Velvet, Hahnemühle Photo Rag, Hahnemühle Photo Rag Pearl, Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth, Hahnemühle Museum Etching, Hahnemühle German Etching and Hahnemühle William Turner.
Working closely with our digital technician, we will proof the work with the client to confirm colours and paper choice before moving on to the final print. Giclée prints can be produced in large runs or printed one by one on demand.
We can also produce the highest quality digital films using Agfa transparency film.
Digital prints can also be embellished by adding screen printed layers and varnishes. We offer a number of different finishes including varnish,
metallic ink, glitters, diamond dust, fluorescent, glow in the dark, gold and precious metal leaf and thermochromic ink. We have also embellished
prints with unusual materials like charcoal and Swarovski crystals, so please do email and enquire if you have a special requirements.
